Returns & Refunds
I want you to be happy with your order. I'm sure you will love the pieces that you purchase from me. But, if for some reason you don't like your item, please return it within 30 days and I will issue a full refund or exchange it (whichever of these two options you decide).
If you receive a piece that has been damaged during shipping, please contact me and return it within 30 days, and I will issue a full refund.
If you place an order and cancel because you've changed your mind, please contact me before receiving the shipping confirmation. Once the item is shipped, I can't refund you until you return the item.

Shipping
I ship worldwide.
Since I can't wait for you to receive your purchase, every business day order will be shipped within 48 hours unless there is a special request, like framing).
If I receive an order on the weekend, or during a holiday, it will be shipped on the first following business day.
I do ship anywhere in the world, but customs and duty fees are the buyer's responsibilities, please look at what the policies are in your country.
I will provide a tracking number if possible. Art cards can be shipped in a regular envelope (no tracking) or as a small package. Unfortunately, most of these small packages have no tracking outside Canada. If you prefer to have a package with a tracking number, requiring a bigger envelope or box, it can be provided at extra shipping cost. I will do my best to make sure your order gets to you safe, fast and cost-effectively.
All art will be packaged properly for shipping.
I'm not at fault for incomplete and insufficient addresses, lost or stolen articles.
For all original art other than 5" x 7" & 6" x 6", contact me to figure out the shipping cost. I will send you a separate invoice once I find out the price with different carriers. info@katto.com

Pay with Paypal, Bitcoin or Ethereum!
I'm not at fault for incorrect, incomplete or insufficient addresses. Please make sure that your address matches your Paypal address to avoid delays, unless shipping as a gift.

Please note that payment is expected within 12 hours of placing order. If payment is not received by then, order will be cancelled for non-payment if I have not received a valid reason through email at info@katto.com
